2002: Premiered "The Greeks of Southern California - Through The Century: The Pioneers 1900-1942" at Fox Studios, Los Angeles, California. 2002: Received the "Award of Excellence" from the Film Advisory Board for "The Pioneers: 1900-1942." 2002: Produced the Historical and Folk Art Exhibit in conjunction with the 36th Biennial Clergy Laity Congress in Los Angeles, California June 30-July 4. 2003: Awarded 'Best Documentary" at the International Panorama of Independent Filmmakers in Thessaloniki, Greece. 2005: Celebrated our 20th Year Anniversary presenting a concert featuring a blend of Mediterranean and Latin American music at Barnsdall Gallery Theater in Hollywood, California. 2008: Received Proclamation from Councilman Tom LaBonge, Los Angeles City Council, commemorating Greek Heritage in Los Angeles for 100 years. 2009: Premiered "The Promise of Tomorrow 1940-1960" at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences in Beverly Hills. 2009: Screenings of "The Promise of Tomorrow 1940-1960" at Loyola Marymount University. 2010: Accepted to Boston International Film Festival; screened April 21, 2010; awarded Indie Spec SPECIAL RECOGNITION AWARD." Accepted to Rhode Film Festival; screening to take place August 2010. |
